The Terms and Conditions listed here related to appointments and items purchased from our online store.
General
- Pragati Bhatia (PB) reserves the right to refuse entry. This includes all subsidiary business works.
- Every possible effort is made to deliver services on time. However, sessions may be subject to change or cancellation. PB is not liable to refund, transfer or offer compensation of any kind for services that are late, changed or cancelled for any reason.
- PB is not responsible for the safekeeping of your belongings.
- In attending services with PB, you agree that neither you, your heirs, assigns or legal representatives will sue or make any other claims of any kind whatsoever against PB or its members for any personal injury, property damage/loss, or wrongful death, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
- Fees may increase from time to time to reflect increases in costs.
Payment
Payment is required prior to your booking. You booking may be taken by another client if your payment is not received on time.
- All purchases are final. PB does not offer refunds on services or products for change of mind, user error, injury, illness, change of address or any other reason.
- All services are non-transferable.
- Payments for services may not be shared. Anyone caught sharing will be denied entry and forfeit their payment.
Refunds
Cancellations must be made 24hrs prior to session to receive a full refund, minus a 5% processing fee. If you cancel within the 24hr window prior to your appointment you will be refunded 50% of your booking fee.
How will I be refunded?
We will refund the purchase amount – minus 5% – directly to the account used to make the original purchase. Please allow five (5) business days after we receive your return for us to process and refund the original purchase amount.
You may not see the return in your account for up to 20 days depending on your financial institution.
